Following the recent announcement from the UK Government and to encourage everyone to stay at home, Just go will be temporarily closing its motorhome depots from today (24th March 2020) until further notice.
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, our tireless team has been working extremely hard dealing with our global clientele and the high volume of customer enquiries we have received. It has been an ‘all hands on deck’ approach during the last few weeks and we are immensely proud that our team has shown the epitome of teamwork in this unprecedented situation.
We have received many messages of encouragement and positivity and we thank you for your support in this very challenging situation we face.
For the few customers that are on a motorhome hire with us, we have advised them to return to our depots with immediate effect and are assisting them with their safe return. For those with forthcoming hires with us, we will work with you to discuss postponement and cancellation options.
You can now change your booking free of charge. This applies to all existing and new bookings until further notice. Should there be a difference in fare, you’ll need to pay this – however by waiving the change fee, we want to ensure you have more flexibility to amend your travel plans.
For those that would like to amend their holiday dates, but do not know what dates would be suitable, we can issue you with a voucher for the value of your booking that can be put towards a future hire. This voucher will be valid for travel within 12 months of your holiday start date so as an example if you were due to travel 3rd April 2020, this voucher would expire 3rd April 2021.

We have revised our cancellation terms to as follows:
up to 6 weeks prior to your collection date:
You can postpone your holiday free of charge. If you decide to cancel your holiday you will lose your deposit only.
6 weeks to 2 weeks prior to your collection date:
You can postpone your holiday free of charge. If you decide to cancel your holiday you will receive a 50% refund.
2 weeks to the date of your collection:
We cannot offer anything to those that do not give us at least 2 weeks’ notice before their collection date. There is an exception for anyone collecting their motorhome between 23rd March – 6th April 2020. Please contact us directly as we would like to support you as best as we can and will be flexible on our cancellation terms.
